Time Management
Prioritise, plan focused days, stop procrastinating and manage your workload honestly

This topic is for students, freshers and early-career professionals who feel busy all day and still end it unsure what they achieved. It does not promise a perfect system. It gives you a small set of tools you can test on your own week and keep only the ones that work for you.
You will learn to sort tasks by what matters rather than what shouts loudest, plan a day with protected time for focused work, start tasks you have been avoiding, and push back or renegotiate when your workload is not realistic. Each lesson includes templates and scripts, and a small exercise you can do today.
The lessons build in order: first decide what to work on (prioritisation), then when to do it (time blocking), then how to actually start (procrastination), and finally how to protect your capacity when more arrives than you can handle (saying no and managing workload).
