ProfileMatch (myprofilematch.in) is operated by CadifysAI OPC Private Limited, India ("we", "us"). These terms apply to everything on the site: resume matching, job listings, the Learn courses and Play mode, interview questions, the system design articles and the blog. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

ProfileMatch compares the skills in your resume with open roles read from companies' public job boards and shows which roles fit and why. It is a search and learning tool, not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency. We do not submit applications for you: the apply button always takes you to the employer's own site, and the hiring decision is entirely theirs. We do not promise interviews, offers or any other outcome.

You can try ProfileMatch without an account. If you create one, give accurate details, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on it. One person, one account.

You keep ownership of the resume and anything else you upload. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service: reading its skills, matching it to jobs and, if you ask, emailing you new matches. Only upload your own resume, or one you have permission to use. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it and how to delete it.

Please do not:

• upload content that is unlawful, misleading or someone else's private information;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its API;
• scrape or bulk-copy the site, or resell or republish our content, without written permission;
• use the site to send spam or to collect other people's personal data.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Job listings come from employers' own job boards and are re-checked regularly, but the employer owns each listing and may change or close it at any time. We do not verify employers or guarantee that a listing is accurate, current or still open. Links to other websites, including employers' sites and YouTube, are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

Courses, Play mode, interview answers, system design articles and blog posts are general educational material. We work to keep them accurate (see how our content is made and checked), but they are not professional, legal, financial or immigration advice. Match scores are calculated by the rules described on How matching works and are a guide, not a judgement of your suitability for a job.

ProfileMatch is free and may show advertising, including ads served by Google. Ads are provided by third parties; an ad is not an endorsement by us. The Privacy Policy explains the cookies involved and how to opt out of personalised ads.

The site's text, lessons, diagrams, images and code are owned by CadifysAI OPC Private Limited or used with permission. You may read them, share links to them and use code examples in your own learning and projects. Company names in job listings and system design articles belong to their owners and are used only to identify the employer or the interview problem; it does not mean those companies endorse us.

We aim to keep the site running and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed opportunity, arising from use of the site, including decisions made from job listings, match scores or learning content.

You can stop using ProfileMatch at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will change the date at the top of this page, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
