How it works
A visitor to your careers page uploads their resume directly in the widget. ProfileMatch compares it against your currently-open roles (the same ones we already sync from your career page) and shows a match score with matched and missing skills, right there on your site. Nothing to install beyond pasting one line of HTML - no JavaScript SDK, no data sharing back to us beyond what candidates already choose to submit.
