Who runs ProfileMatch

ProfileMatch is a product of CadifysAI OPC Private Limited, built and maintained by Shubham Aher. It started as a way to make job hunting less repetitive and grew into a place to prepare for the jobs as well: free lessons, interview practice and job-search guides sit next to the job listings. You can follow Shubham's work on YouTube, LinkedIn and Medium.

• Browse open jobs synced from company career pages, or upload your resume to see which ones match your skills.
• Learn with 49 free courses (204 lessons) across programming, data and AI, cloud and DevOps, and soft skills, each lesson with examples and a quiz. Prefer to play? Every lesson also works as a short ride with memory tricks, XP and streaks.
• Practise with 16 interview question sets, each answer written out with the reasoning behind it.
• Read practical guides on resumes, interviews and offers in the blog.

Where the jobs come from

Every listing on ProfileMatch is synced directly from the applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, and others) that companies around the world use to publish their own openings. We don't scrape or resell listings from other job boards — each job links straight back to the employer's own application page, so you always apply directly with the company that's hiring.

How matching works

When you upload a resume, we parse its text and extract the skills and experience it describes, then score every open role against that profile. You see a match percentage, which skills lined up, and which ones the role is asking for that your resume doesn't mention yet — so you know exactly where you stand before you apply.

Why it's free

ProfileMatch doesn't charge job seekers, and it never will. Trying it requires no signup — you can upload a resume and see matches immediately. Creating a free account just lets you save your results and come back to them later.

How our content is made and checked

Lessons, quizzes, interview answers and guides are drafted with the help of AI writing tools and then put through checks before they are published:

• Code examples are run, where a runtime is available, to confirm the output we show.
• Automated checks flag text copied from elsewhere on the site, answers that give themselves away, and unsupported claims such as invented statistics.
• We never present practice questions as questions a specific company asked. Where a list is based on a candidate's preparation notes, the page says so.
• Topics that change quickly, such as cloud services and framework versions, say when details depend on the version.
