About ProfileMatch
ProfileMatch is a free tool that helps you find relevant job openings without the busywork of searching company by company. You upload your resume once, and we compare its skills and experience against real, currently-open roles.
Where the jobs come from
Every listing on ProfileMatch is synced directly from the applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, and others) that companies around the world use to publish their own openings. We don't scrape or resell listings from other job boards — each job links straight back to the employer's own application page, so you always apply directly with the company that's hiring.
How matching works
When you upload a resume, we parse its text and extract the skills and experience it describes, then score every open role against that profile. You see a match percentage, which skills lined up, and which ones the role is asking for that your resume doesn't mention yet — so you know exactly where you stand before you apply.
Why it's free
ProfileMatch doesn't charge job seekers, and it never will. Trying it requires no signup — you can upload a resume and see matches immediately. Creating a free account just lets you save your results and come back to them later.
