Trick to keep in mind+3 XP

Who, when, what it costs. If you can point at a screen, it's a solution.

A problem statement describes a person in a situation and what it costs them. It leaves the remedy open, so many designs could still answer it. Text that names a button, a chatbot, a reminder or a layout has already picked the answer, and the team may never discover whether the real problem was something else.

Read it once, then a question tests whether the trick stuck.
