Trick to keep in mind+3 XP

Feeling, fix or fact? Only a fact earns a place in a problem statement.

Before anything else, write down what is wrong in one sentence. A usable statement points at something you can measure (what, for whom, how much, since when) and does not smuggle in a remedy. Vague impressions and 'we need tool X' both feel like problems, but they skip the measuring and send you off solving the wrong thing.

Read it once, then a question tests whether the trick stuck.
