Shared ownership means no ownership. One name per task.

When three people each assume another is driving a bug fix, nobody is. Contributors, reviewers and people who only need to hear the result can all be involved, but exactly one person stays answerable for getting it finished. The reporter or the most senior person is not automatically that owner.
