Trick to keep in mind+3 XP

Every resource wears a name tag: owner and expiry. Untagged spend belongs to nobody.

A bill line is only useful if someone can answer "whose is this?". Tags give that answer, and a weekly look at the bill by service catches orphans while they are cheap. Budgets usually only send warnings, so they do not clean anything up. Buying discounts for things nobody remembers just commits you to paying for waste.
