Trick to keep in mind+3 XP

There are no folders in S3, only long names with slashes in them.

S3 holds a flat set of objects, each found by its key. A slash is just a character in that key, and consoles draw prefixes as folders to be friendly. That is why there is no rename (it is copy, then delete) and why lifecycle rules and policies match on key prefixes instead of directories.

Read it once, then a question tests whether the trick stuck.
