Help job seekers in India discover ProfileMatch. You will shape how we explain the product - see which jobs fit you, and exactly why - and test which messages and channels bring people in.

What you will do

Write posts, short guides and launch copy that explain ProfileMatch simply and honestly
Talk to students and job seekers, collect feedback and turn it into clearer messaging
Plan and run small campaigns with colleges, communities and student groups
Track what each campaign brought in and share a short weekly summary

What we are looking for

Clear written English; Hindi or another Indian language is a plus
Curious about careers, hiring and how people look for jobs
Organised enough to plan a campaign and follow it through

Nice to have

Running a college club or community
Basic design in Canva or Figma
Experience with surveys or interviews
