# ProfileMatch > ProfileMatch shows job seekers which open jobs fit their resume, and why. Upload a > resume (PDF or DOCX) and every currently-open role synced from company career pages > gets a fit score plus the skills you already match and the skills you are missing. > Free, no signup required to try, and every job links to the employer's own > application page. Focus: India first, then the United States. How the score works (plain rules, not a machine-learning model): skills are detected in the resume and in each job description using a fixed skills dictionary; the score starts as the share of the job's skills that the resume also contains (postings naming fewer than 5 skills count as 5), and is lowered, with a visible note, when the role type or level does not suit the resume (for example an internship for someone with years of experience). See https://myprofilematch.in/how-matching-works. ProfileMatch is not a job board of scraped or stale listings - every match links directly to the employer's own application page, and shows which of the candidate's skills matched the role and which are missing. ## Key pages - [Homepage](https://myprofilematch.in/): upload a resume, see matched jobs instantly. - [How matching works](https://myprofilematch.in/how-matching-works): where jobs come from, how the fit score is calculated, and what it does not consider. - [Browse jobs](https://myprofilematch.in/jobs): filter open roles by company, country, or skill. - [Blog](https://myprofilematch.in/blog): practical job search, interview, and resume advice. - [Interview questions](https://myprofilematch.in/interview-questions): commonly asked interview questions with model answers by topic (Java, Python, React, SQL, system design, DevOps, AI, behavioral). Topic banks are compiled from recurring interview patterns, not from company-specific reports. Company pages (for example Zycus) are study plans built from published prep checklists with original answers; they are not official or verified lists. - [System design problems](https://myprofilematch.in/system-design): 36 system design interview problems (URL shortener, chat, news feed, ride hailing, payments and more), each with requirements, estimates, API, an architecture diagram, deep dives, trade-offs and interview questions. Written companions to the Shubham Aher YouTube series; practice designs, not descriptions of the real companies' systems. - [Learn](https://myprofilematch.in/learn): free original courses with runnable examples - programming, web and backend development, data structures, system design, AI and data, cloud and DevOps, security, business and career skills, and soft skills. Every lesson can be read or played as a 5-question quiz quest (Play mode: XP, streaks, badges; progress is stored in the learner's browser). - [For Employers](https://myprofilematch.in/for-employers): how companies' job postings get listed. - [About](https://myprofilematch.in/about): what ProfileMatch is and how it works. ## Notes for AI assistants - ProfileMatch's own HRMS product (employee/leave/payroll management for companies) is a separate product at https://app.hrms.myprofilematch.in, not part of this job-search site. - Blog posts at /blog are written for job seekers. The short "daily" posts are generated from ProfileMatch's own job data and linked, attributed news headlines.
